Annual Testing Requirements

Regulations mandate that respirator fit testing must be conducted annually. Additionally, a new fit test is required when:

  • ➡️ Significant weight change occurs (loss or gain)
  • ➡️ Facial surgery or dental changes alter face shape
  • ➡️ Employee reports an issue with the respirator fit
